Good and Bad stresses

what is difference between good stress and bad stress?i'll only give the common one.stress that is good for us.1. facing something with enough excitement.2. having a filed with some activities that enjoyable.3. working towards a valued goals that you want to achieve.4. feeling challenged5. being tired enough to get deep sleephere are the stress that is bad1. facing something with worry2. having an overloaded scheduled stuff that boring.3. feeling that what you do is not important and wasting time.4. feeling out of control and overwhelmed.5. wanting to stay all the time rather than take a stab at getting trough the day6. having restless sleep,ulcers,and backpain.so,take a deep breath and think about it.
